Navigating the Dashboard

Your workspace. Your content. Your controls.

The Top Bar

Start at the very top of the screen.

  • Agents running shows you in real time how many agents are actively processing.
  • Notification icon lights up blue if there’s a walkthrough or announcement waiting.
  • Help icon opens a quick support bubble where you can reach the team.
  • Plan badge tells you which subscription you’re on — Free, Starter, Grow, or Pro.
  • Diamond credits display how many credits you have left to generate content.

This strip is your status bar. A quick glance tells you if you’re good to go or running low.

The Left Sidebar

The sidebar is your navigation spine. Each link opens a different part of the platform:

  • Run Agent: Your launchpad. Choose from all available agents, filter by type, and kick off new content runs.
  • Data Streams: Build, edit, and copy streams that scan the web for live articles. These streams apply filters and scoring rules so only the most relevant content reaches your agents.
  • Brand Voices: Create and manage your custom voices. Define tone, structure, emotion, and phrasing rules so every piece of content sounds like you.
  • Sites: Connect your website. Once linked, Studio can send finished content directly to your site, often through RSS or other publishing channels.

Under My Content you’ll see your personal libraries:

  • Agents: Every agent you’ve created from the Run Agent area. Shows history, run times, credits used, and lets you edit or rerun.
  • Articles: A library of all article-type content you’ve generated. View drafts, edit, or publish straight from here.
  • Outputs: The full archive of everything your agents have produced. Browse by type, filter by status, or open any item to keep working.

And at the bottom:

  • Account: Manage your profile, organization settings, and subscription. Upgrade plans or top up credits here.
  • Documentation: Opens the help guides.
  • Support: Pops open the support bubble where you can file an issue, attach screenshots, or record a short video.
  • Language: Switch the platform between English, Spanish, and French. More languages are on the way.

The Main Workspace

The big center panel is where the action happens.

At the top you’ll see the prompt: “What are we creating today?”

Here you can filter agents by category:

  • Article for long-form content, SEO pieces, listicles, quizzes, and metadata tools.
  • Social for posts built for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Email for cold outreach, newsletters, product launches, and more.
  • Utilities for behind-the-scenes tools like translators, quote extractors, and humanizers.
  • Writing for smaller creative helpers like headline generators, hashtags, lists, or summaries.
  • Others for anything that doesn’t fit neatly above.

Use the search bar if you know the agent’s name, or flip between grid view and list view depending on how you like to scan.

Each agent card gives you a quick description and a green Start Agent button. One click and you’re off to configuration.

A Quick Word on Sites, Streams, and Voices

You’ll use these three often, so here’s how to think about them:

  • Sites keep your projects organized by brand or client and connect directly to publishing.
  • Data Streams make sure your content is fed by fresh, relevant sources instead of random noise.
  • Brand Voices ensure everything you produce carries the right personality, tone, and rules.

Together, they form the backbone of your setup.

Wrapping Up

That’s the dashboard in a nutshell. Top bar for status, sidebar for navigation, and workspace for creation. Once you know your way around, you can launch agents, track what’s running, and keep your content pipeline flowing without friction.
