Navigating the Dashboard

Your workspace. Your content. Your controls.

The Ongage Studio dashboard is your command center. It shows you what you’ve created, what’s running, and what’s ready to review. From here, you can launch new Agents, access your Sites, view Data Streams, and monitor past activity, all in one place.

Everything on the dashboard is built for clarity. You’ll always know what’s working, what needs attention, and where to go next.

Key Areas of the Dashboard

Start a New Agent

Located at the top of the screen, this is your shortcut to create something new. You’ll be prompted to select an Agent type, configure inputs, and choose a Brand Voice or Site.

You can also start from a saved template or use Data Stream inputs for fast setup.

My Content Overview

Quick links to:

  • My Articles – All blog posts, listicles, summaries, or explainers
  • My Newsletters – Drafts, sent editions, and triggered campaigns
  • My Images – Uploaded or generated visuals, logos, and social graphics
  • My Agents – Every Agent you’ve configured or run

Each content type shows a count of total items and a shortcut to open the library.

Sites

See all Sites you’ve created. Each Site card displays:

  • Site name and associated Brand Voice
  • Linked Data Streams and Agent count
  • Most recent content created
  • Option to edit Site settings or open the full workspace

Sites are clickable entry points into your structured workspaces.

Data Streams

View your existing Data Streams, check activity, and create new ones. Each stream shows:

  • Active filters and content types
  • Linked Agents or Sites
  • Number of articles ingested recently
  • Options to adjust filters or scoring settings

Clicking a stream opens the full configuration and article history.

Activity Feed

A real-time log of recent Agent runs. You’ll see:

  • Agent name and type
  • Associated Site or Brand Voice
  • Time completed
  • Status (Completed, Scheduled, Failed)

You can click into any result to view output, rerun the Agent, or adjust the inputs.

Tips for Using the Dashboard

  • Use Sites to stay organized.
If you're working across brands, clients, or content types, Sites help you keep everything separate and correctly configured.
  • Monitor the Activity Feed to stay on track.
Check recent Agent runs, review outputs, and spot any failed or pending jobs that need attention.
  • Tune your Data Streams regularly.
Updating filters or scoring rules improves the quality of articles sent to your Agents and keeps your content relevant.
  • Tag and label your content for long-term clarity.
As your content library grows, use metadata to track purpose, project, or campaign across Agents and Sites.
